Applications shall be approved when the membership committee has determined the following:

1. The applicant has been certified by the appropriate state
2. The applicant has paid the appropriate membership fee
3. The applicant agrees to adhere to the general purpose and mission of the Association, and;
4. The applicant will benefit the Association and further the cause of victim safety through effective perpetrator treatment.
